Haley's reading nook! I know we will spend lots of time here ! |
I can't deny that I am extremely exhausted at 39 weeks pregnant, but I feel so bless to know that I will get to see my little girl so soon!
I do feel as prepared as I can be with our house prepped and clean. Rob and I also now finally have Haley's room completely put together! Most of it has been done for a long time, but with the help of some of our best friends, Rich and Molly, we were able to put the finishing touches on the space.
I'm not sure if I should have titled this post Haley's Room, or Mom's Pink Room She Always Wanted. I couldn't be happier on how it turned out and I can't wait to bring Haley home!
Here are a few pictures:
Haley already has more clothing & shoes than Mom! Plus there's more in her dresser! |
Haley's crib! |
She has her sport balls and headbands! Sporty and girly :) |
Total weight gain/loss: about 37 lbs
Maternity clothes? Trying to finish with the clothes I have!
Stretch marks? Belly is still clear of stretch marks :)
Sleep: With my cold passing, I am actually sleeping really well minus the 5-6 bathroom trips
Best moment this week: Finding out that I am already 3cm dialated and 90% effaced...on my way!
Miss Anything? Being petite!
Movement: Haley is still fairly active kicking me in the ribs
Food cravings: Red meat, cinnamon toast crunch, and dairy queen blizzards
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope!
Gender: It's a Girl! <3
Labor Signs: Yes and No....dilation and effacement, back pains, braxton hicks, but no real contractions yet
Belly Button in or out? As out as it is going to get ha, but still technically an innie
Wedding rings on or off? Promise ring is on my wedding finger, and engagement/wedding ring is on a necklace
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy but very anxious
Weekly Wisdom: It's worth the wait, even if the waiting is longer than you want it to be! Haha
Looking forward to: Meeting Haley! :)
